Practice Policies

Due to the nature of this practice the following deposit policies are in place

• Minimum $50 deposit required for approved requests only

• Deposits will be deducted from invoice total 

• Extended travel fee deposit required for areas outside of regular travel zone

Due to the nature of this practice the following cancellation policies are in place

• $50 48 hour notice cancellation fee

•  $75 24 hour notice cancellation fee

• $125 same day/less than 12 hour notice cancellation fee

• No show Fees: Owners must be present for first appointment and all subsequent appointments unless prior arrangements have been made and approved. Minimum $200 now show fee-along with forfeit of extended travel fee deposit if applicable based on location 

Dr. Brown will travel to the following cities based on availability : Mesa, Gilbert, Tempe, Chandler, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Apache Junction & Gold Canyon (please scroll below for extended service area cities)

• Base housecall/barn call travel fee covers up to 15 miles from 85205 hub

• Additional travel fees apply based on location & travel time to areas of the above cities that are greater than 15 miles from hub

• Extended travel fees apply to the following cities: Cave Creek, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Rio Verde, Ahwatukee 

• Dr. Brown does not travel to cities not listed
